Transformative initiative to prepare the Museum of the Future (MOTF) for its grand opening in February 2022. Creation of an Agile PMO (Project Management Office). Our Agile Lead created a team of seasoned delivery leads who were deployed onsite. They established robust protocols to ensure clarity and accountability.
BFSI: Adaptive Hiring with Agile HR
Our Enterprise Agile Coach (EAC) collaborated with the Agile Chapter Lead and CTO of a major UAE bank to streamline the hiring process for highly skilled tech roles. This involved developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and refining the interview process. Additionally, our EAC provided similar Agile HR consulting services to the Head of Digital Delivery at a prominent Saudi Arabian bank.
