Transformative initiative to prepare the Museum of the Future (MOTF) for its grand opening in February 2022. Creation of an Agile PMO (Project Management Office). Our Agile Lead created a team of seasoned delivery leads who were deployed onsite. They established robust protocols to ensure clarity and accountability.
